Black History Trivia Bowl

Held since 1992, the Annual Black History Trivia Bowl offers the region’s youth an opportunity to celebrate the achievements of African Americans over the history of our country. Young people from middle and high schools, churches, and community groups are encouraged to join the double elimination tournament. We invite your youth/students to participate in the 2025 Trivia Bowl on Saturday, February 15, 2025. Registration Deadline is January 24, 2025. Once the team registration form in completed and received, HRC will send study questions to team coaches via email. Please note that if we do not have at least 6 teams registered by this date, the Trivia Bowl will be cancelled.

This year, Adult groups (ages 18 and up) are invited to participate in a Trivia Night on Thursday, February 20, 2025. This event is open to adult teams (up to 8 per team) and will be held at Davo’s Restaurant, 3115 Canton Street, Hopkinsville, KY. The game will begin at 6:00pm, so come early to order food/drinks (players are responsible for the cost of food and drinks) and to prepare for the game. Pre-registration is encouraged by contacting the HRC office, but not required.
